Accuserve will dry your home and provide necessary repairs, but it’s the property owner’s responsibility to address the source of the damage or loss. Save all your receipts and discuss the repairs with your adjuster once the source of the leak has been fixed.

We recommend an inspection first. For some types of damage (water, for example), the longer you wait, the greater the risk of the damage increasing. The inspection is always free, and your Accuserve contractor will take photos and document any findings. This information will be helpful for your adjuster to make a coverage determination.

Once you’ve discovered and reported the damage, your insurance company will swiftly forward your information to Accuserve. Our team will begin by learning more about your situation so that we can get you on the right path to restoration. If your claim involves water mitigation, our team will contact you within fifteen minutes of receiving your information from your insurance company. For roofing and windows, we’ll contact you within four hours.
Here’s how the process works:
Accuserve will answer any questions you have and set up or confirm an appointment with an expert contractor to complete your property inspection and documentation.
The contractor will connect with one of our experts to conduct a virtual inspection, and we’ll use the images and information you provide to complete an estimate for the damage.
We work with your insurance carrier to complete an estimate for any covered damage and give you clarity on the scope of the damage, covered repairs, and the next steps.
If you have damage to your property and choose to proceed with the repairs, you'll be asked to sign an authorization to repair form that allows the contractor to begin work.
Our experts support you with any needs or questions until the job is completed. We warranty our work and stand by to assist with any questions or other repair needs.
